11/09/15 Avintia Racing MotoGP – GP de San Marino – FP1 – FP2
The Avintia Racing team has begun work on the renovated circuit of Misano today and, though Héctor Barberá and Mike Di Meglio were not the fastest in the Open category, both have well advanced implementation ready for Sunday's race. Barbera has been testing different angles of direction in his Ducati GP14.1 to improve agility in more closed curves and changes of address. Although the first tests have been positive, the pilot of two waters are not completely comfortable on the bike and tomorrow has planned more tests with his team. Today worked without looking at the chronometer and has still managed to shoot fast enough with a tire that had almost the total distance of the race.
Mike Di Meglio has started very well, but in the afternoon their feelings have not been so positive. The French pilot of the Avintia Racing hopes to be able to turn the situation tomorrow to seek a better position on the grid.

It has been a busy day. We have tried many things and I am very happy because this morning we have gone with the tyre hard because we had to check a few things, and at the last minute with the soft right away has been a good time. We've also tried things in the geometry of the bike and this afternoon I have only used a tyre on throughout the session. I have given him 25 laps and my best time I have done so in the penultimate round, so I'm very happy. We have much work ahead and we have things very clear, but tomorrow we should test a couple of ideas because it is missing me a little to find myself comfortable on the bike. The circuit has improved, has more grip and is mostly noticed there are no potholes in the latter part.
